We used Mailbox in Simpson Bay for all our magazine subscriptions, us bills etc. A little expensive but better than the alternative. They also have a cyber cafe, long distance calling service, fax service etc. Lot's of yachties use them also. Cheers irina

Yea B, I looked into Slingbox for my place in Miami. Wanted the NYC stations. You have to have an account with cable in NY. So Erika would be watching TV and you would be changing the stations on her. Don't think that would work. LOL Someone else mentioned another VoIP product. With Vonage you only need an internet connection, not a computer. Just plug it into the wall Cat5 plug.

that she was robbed at gunpoint, this afternoon just a few hours ago at her dentist's office in Cay Hill. Police were called, they took a report and told B that they are overwhelmed and cannot keep up. She is fine, no one was harmed. 2 perps, SXM fellas, one machete and one guy. Faces covered. Actually I think it's government. Remember them not paying the taxes and stuff being auctioned off the year before last (I think). When we went to Caravanserai to look at a unit they told us about BB and we asked about SSBB and they said no, they were staying. SSBB is outside the gates of the Caravanserai lot. There is very good coffee in SXM. I agree with Barbara and John. Santo Domingo is an espresso grind but I use it in an American Style coffee maker. Yum! Cheers irina

Ok, Recently I saw the Rummy Q tiles. I put them in a new ziploc and stashed them someplace safe, where I would instantly know where they are. My mother in law is here and want's to play Rummy Q. We have ripped this apt apart and even checked our storage unit some place else and cannot find the cubes. Found the stands but not the cubes. I'm only 51. Help. Cheers irina

Well Monica, There are buses that you could take for short jaunts, depending on where you live. If you used matatus then these are a definite upgrade. And you do need to keep things dry, I put the flour etc in zip lock bags in my fridge. I do recommend hardwoods, the veneers would just peel off other furniture. And everything metal rusts!
