We are staying on the dutchside of the island. Will I be able to watch the weather channel while on island? Just was thinking about this due to the fact we will be there during hurricane season.

At the Royal Islander we sometimes have the weather channel, and sometimes we don't. I don't know if Mr. Spadaro is the one running the satelitte, but you can be watching a show, and all of a sudden it is switched to another show!

I got lost on this thread. What am I missing? When we are on Island sometimes we lose TV completely. That's when we read books or play chess. Sometimes GEBE has a problem, we light candles. Sometimes we turn on the tap and there is no water. We swim in the pool and drink bottled water.
All in all, life is good and we are grateful to have the experiences.

Rumor has it, that he when he sits in his chair next to Paris Bistro, all satelite signals are ultimately blocked. This then causes the "Dominoes" effect where all guests stream out from the hotel hankerin' to eat pizza and Italian Food and just have a good time....grinning smiley
