The french side, unlike the Dutch side, has 220 current so, yes, you would need converters. sorry,I do not know the answers to your other questions.

any of the locally owned and run restaurants will have wonderful fresh fish. another great place for fresh fish is Enoch's Place in the Marigot Market. open only for lunch.

me neither and I know people who leave their baby seats in their cars all the time. I know crime and break ins into cars is a problem here, but I wish people who post here would be factual in what they post, rather than being extremists.

If you don't have to, don't go the all inclusive way.. hotel food is not as good as the food at all our excellent restaurants.. too many good places to eat on the island to go all inclusive.
