Oyster Bay Resort

Planning a trip later this summer and I was wondering how the construction is going and if I should reschedule for next year?

I don't think it will be a real problem to your comfort. The construction is going on , and will for a while since they are building a 11 stories tower (or something closed to that...) but it's located at the point, just at the entrance of the Chanel between ocean and lagoon, at the total opposite of the beach.
Also, during summer, I am doubting that they will be full occupancy, so they will certainly offer you a room far away from it.

Nope, but I can show him where he can on the other shore at the bottom of the hill... Hey, BTW , in fact, I won't show him LOL... It is natural reserve and fishing is prohibited winking smiley

The new units on the point are full ownership condos. The rest of OBBR is still timeshare.
