I know that on several of the smaller islands -- Bequia, etc., it's almost impossible to cash a travelers' check, and the attitude you get on some of the larger islands makes using them (T. checks) just as difficult. Good day. Can anyone advise me as to whether or not their are ANY car rental agencies on the French side that will drop off a car as opposed to picking one up at the airport. Flight gets in extremely late, and we have no idea how to get to the hotel, so pickup at the airport would really add to the confusion. Thank you.
