grocery stores are open from 12 noon till 600 on sunday. food center is closed. there is always the 7-11 not too far from the airport. just buy necessitys. milk is expensive in these places . if you get in at one you still have time to go to a grocery store..

hi Cindi,
go to the US Import-Export supermarket just east of the bridge (west of Marigot).
it's open 7 days a week from 8:00am to 10:00pm. they have everything you would want and need (great selection of French wines and cheeses). reasonably priced.
next door is a bakery (boulangerie/patisserie) where you can get fresh baguettes, croissants and other pastries all day long (even on Sunday).
take a look on my SXM web site for more info:

enjoy,

The information in this tread is very old!
I have no flyer available but just yesterday I've found 2 websites on line.
The third address was available for a while. So you can have a peek in the supermarket.
All listed below are on the Dutch side.

Prizes are higher then on mainland USA as is usually the case with islands.
If you can see prizes on the pictures they are in Naf = Netherlands Antillean Florin.
1 US dollar is 1.80 Naf

Kewl. Now can you tell me where is Bush Road and where is Cole Bay? Is Bush Road the one that goes past the grocery and eventually over the border and into Marigo?

No that's Union Road that goes past grocery store into Marigot. Bush Road is on the other side of the hill from Union Road. Union Road goes thru Cole Bay on the way to Marigot.
Cheers
