Any suggetions for a hotel/apartment near good restaurants and pubs to go to?
Dutch side we prefer.

You can try looking in Simpson/Cole Bay, Maho, or Cupecoy. I will assume that you will be renting a car as well so any of these areas are pretty well stocked with restaurants, casinos, and bars. In any of these places, there are plenty of walkable restaurants or casinos, and within a 5 - 10 minute drive of each other for the nightlife. Look at the various websites advertising condos or timeshares/hotels and then when something interests you, come back and post for opinions.
