Ocean Club Bill

After paying the annual maintenance fee of $603 they sent me a bill for $690.00 for makeover,preservation etc. Barely can afford the maintenance.Anyone know what's going on? Thanks, Pam

Could this be the 'infamous' Supplemental Fee that the properties are trying to get away with and so far have?

Sapphire Beach did the same thing a couple of years ago and I believe that the Atrium did too.
