maintenance fees sapphire beach

Have been a long time owner at Sapphire Beach. I have never received my maintenance fees on time. I now receive a collection letter frrom Meridian demanding payment for a bill I never received. I emailed and called Sapphire numerous times requesting a bill. Who else has the same issues. I thought there was a board who could handle these issues.

Lee, if you do a search you will find quite a few issues re fees due at Sapphire. Everyone who has not paid or are/were late in their maintenance/special assessment fees got the letter from the collection agency.
The 'board' at the Sapphire is just a pawn for the Verdiers. There is a litigation going on in the SXM courts re the supplemental fees. Are you a member of the litigation?
