THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 675 MILES EAST OF THE
WINDWARD ISLANDS HAS CHANGED LITTLE IN ORGANIZATION THIS EVENING.
WHILE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS ARE ONLY MARGINALLY FAVORABLE FOR
DEVELOPMENT...THERE IS STILL SOME CHANCE THAT THE SYSTEM COULD
BECOME A TROPICAL DEPRESSION DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.
REGARDLESS OF DEVELOPMENT...THE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO BRING GUSTY
WINDS AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL TO THE WINDWARD ISLANDS OVER THE
NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.

This is true Barbara where one good thing could be bad for something else. I guess you could call this a balance of nature... But the way I see it is, these storms have been occuring since the dawn of time but housing on your beautiful island has only been around for a handful of centuries. I would much prefer to see Mother Nature naturally repair the damage it has caused on the reefs than to see the local construction workers repairing the roofs over your heads. And ten to one, Mother Nature would be faster.
