Oyster Bay Beach Resort

Looking to buy into the Oyster Bay beach Resort, a two bedroom two bath,but I've heard that you have to buy a Studio villa then you can upgrade to anything you want, sounds a little confusing since some of the adds say two bedroom two bath.Also does anyone know what the upgraded charges are.

Owning a timeshare at Oyster Bay is different than most timeshares.

You buy a week either one each week every year or one every other year. When you make your reservation you can request whatever you want. However there is a surcharge and it goes up depending on the unit you requested.

I hear there maybe some deal on line.
