Immigration

I will be flying to St. Maarten and then catching a plane to Tortola BVI. Will i need to process through immigration if I do not leave the airport?

YES, there is no in Transit lounge.

We did arrive by air from the US and took a flight to BVI. We did not need to process through immigration or customs on St. Maarten. On the lower level of the airport there is a check - through area and baggage screening that allowed us to bypass immigration, took less than 5 minutes.
