Good parasailing instructor?

Will be in SXM next week and would like to try parasailing.

Who and Where is recommendable? Any idea of the cost?

Sorry, I meant "wind surfing instructor". I've done neither and was considering wind surfing. Noticed there are several small companies offering lessons and such.

Wind Surfing - head to Le Galion Beach, its out near the Butterfly Farm. Not sure the name of the company, but that would be the best place to learn on the island!
