Now here is a new wrinkle in my never ending amazement with the Saff. We were preparing to pay our maintenence fee's this past Sat. and low and behold the phone rings and it was "THE" Sapphire calling from the island wanting our fee's! NO Problem as it saved us a phone call into oblivion.
My Wife asks: Why haven't you answered any of my husbands e-mails to you??? He is ready to sac and pilage when he arrives!

Because we are not able to e-mail Comcast users!!!!!!!

So all you Comcast folks.. if they get your mail at all they can't answer you!!
(not that they would anyway) Nice of them to mention this stuff in thier notices

UNBELIEVABLE!!I just have to shake my head and say what the F..

Interesting. What about AOL or Optonline customers? No responses from Sapphire either. Good excuse on their part. We haven't paid our regular Annual Maintenance or the Supplemental and haven't heard a word from them about either. We even were able to bank our weeks (2) with RCI.
