Boat rentals and day cruises

1. I am looking for a Zodiac or similar boat rental for a day. We'd like to pack a cooler and do some snorkeling as well as beach bar hopping. I have found that Reves (I believe it was) has such a rental. Is this the only place for an un-guided rental of such a boat?

2. Also, what is the best day cruise and to which neighboring island. Is there any particular day of the week which is better for one of these day cruises?

We will be on the island for 8 days in mid March.
