Looking to Rent Villa for 6 people- Suggestions?

Lookinf to rent a villa in June 2007 for three couples (total-six)Any suggestions ro recommendations? Have been to St. Martin 3x and love it but never rented a villa. Ideally, villa should be in ideal location with large pool. Beach villa a plus!

check at th bottom of this page for vacation villas. The owners of this web site handle some great villas to rent.

We are renting a villa in the Orient Beach area. Happy to post something when we return.

We have not been there yet but it looks very nice and did speak with someone who had stayed there and shared their pictures and looks like the pictures on the site. It looks very comfortable for 3 couples (we are 3 couples too) and conveniently located and reasonable.

Just some ideas and I agree the listings here are very nice as well.

Ceck out the Sea Castle on Dawn Beach. We just returned from three weeks there. Private and plewnty of room for 4 couples.

There is a search engine that's exclusively for St. Maarten/St. Martin. You can go to www.zebrabot.com, type in villas and come up with a list of renters websites. Also, many of the Real Estate companies handle villa rentals so you can surf them also. I do recommend Jennifer's Vacation Villas as a good source.

We're renting from Sandy Molloy of Molloy Travel. She's got tons of villas plus she's very reputable!! Good Luck!
