Can anyopne give us an update on the construction of new units at the Caravanserai?
Also, did anyone else receive a bill for 2 years of maintenance fees ( 2006 & 2007) ? Should we have to pay maintenance on units that are not yet built and not occupied?

They just recently got their building permit so building has either just begun or will begin shortly.
Nothing was done before becasue they did not have their permit.
Actually the hotel also doesn't have finacing in place and is negotiating to sell the resort as a fal lback possiblity. RBTT and ortherl ocal banks have all turned the hotel down so far. Who knows what the future wil lbring.
Hey, Was down there last week. Nothing new going on. Is this gonig to hapen or arethey just collecting our money? traveltalk has a piece on the Caravanserai. There seem to be a lot of unhappy people out there. Does anyone know the real story?
