Do i need to declare things i`m bringing in to Stmartin?& is there any tax for computers & other electronic items?

In 10+ years w...we've never been challenged and never been asked...thus...I'd say there's no problem with your "stuff" arriving on SXM.

There's no customs on SXM when arriving by plane unless you are a resident. Only immigration.

If you are shipping things, I would expect your shipper could answer those questions.

that is not true any more in the new terminal. there is customs and they spot check different flights.

Hey Barbar1--- what are they looking for??? does this included food items-- such as frozen meats that I know some people like to take (not that I would)--boooze -cigarettes (which is stupid since those products are much cheaper on the island-- unless someone has a particularly preference for- let's say some brand of scotch that is unavailable on SXM- chbpod

I don't think they are looking for food items.
bringing in food is not a problem here.
I think they are mainly looking for drugs.
and I think they focus on the European flights and the flights from Curacao.
I don't think they are bothering much with the flights from the States.

One thing you can leave in Bermuda is the knee socks with dress shoes, it's much more casual in SXM.
