Hi,

I am from India and I would like to work in a beautiful country like St.Martin/Saint Maarten. I am a M.C.A ( Master of Computer Application), B.Sc chemistry, Post Graduate diploma in Applied Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical Process instrumentation and control. I have nearly 12 years of experience in Chemical Instrumentation and Software programming. I have worked in Barbados for a period of 6 months for a software program in C++. I have published 5 papers in International journals.
This is about me, Now I want to work in St Martin. I know its a nice place to work with. The people are nice and friendly.

Can anyone tell me or write to my email ID about the opportunities available for a guy with the above qualification and expereince.

Where should I approach for a job?

Is there any recruiting agency in St.Martin ?

Pls respond to this ASAP

The Sint Maarten Medical Center is always in need of nurses. When you are on the island visit the hospital near Philipsburg and fill out an application for a position.

Ramkumar,

I don't think working on the island is anywhere near as simple as just showing up and filling out an application, but I could be wrong about this.

My best understanding is that to work on the Dutch side you have to be a legitimate resident and I believe you must be sponsored by your employer to get a work permit. Without one you don't want to get caught working according to the article I read not too long ago about people actually being put in jail for this.

Barbara, Irina, Neil - HELP!!

Do some real research on this before you jump into something that might create problems and get you into serious trouble but whatever you do, good luck.
