Nobody laugh !!!.... I missed it too! No kidding..... I left my office by 3.30pm to go for lunch at home, take a shower and come back, but my plan didn't worked out that way... I felt asleep on my couch and woke up after 6pm... when I arrived almost everybody were already gone! ..OUPS....

It's not the Royal Palm which has been sold.. It's Pelican Resort which was sold and is now owned and managed by a company called "Royal resort".... nothing to do with Royal Palm as far as I know.

Utilities are much cheaper on the French side... The electric bill come every to month and the water bill every three month. We have a three bedroom with a pool on the French side where we live full time (but really occupy one bedroom (since no children....) and use one of the bedroom as an office and the other one as a gym), and the electric is on an average of 50 euros a month and the water as

the ferry going to Anguilla and Saba are real small ferry... they run few time a day and are relatively fast motor boat. The sailing day trip to Saba is more an touristic excursion. Type of day charter on a catamaran, with food and drink included, it's more like a short cruise... but otherwise, I am correcting my first comment and I believe there are some ferry service from St Maarten to Sab
