You are about a 7-10 minute walk to the Club O portion of Orient Beach. Some restaurants and beach bar restaurants are closeby. As for pool, I think you may use L'Hoste pool although there is NO pool with you building. Our last stay there, I think they said we had pool privleges at L"hoste. I would say not too much nightlife nearby unless by car. It's a great spot though

I stayed there in 2001 and we are staying there again in January. There are about 4 units in the building and I chose #33 which is on the 2nd floor and looks towards the beach. You are close by to Cupecoy Beach so go there for a day of nude swimming and buy some lunch there from Danny who you will find as he rents chairs also. Go to Atlantis Casino which is also close by and maybe you can win on the slots like my wife did...$1000 with her second quarter...Yeah! Go to Cheri's in the Maho village, about 10 minutes from you and see their act as it's very funny

When I walk down a street, there are 2 sides and I walk on the well lit side, not the side with druggies sitting on the dark corner. It was certainly the perps fault, but use some common sense. Don't leave your stuff out where the hired help can see it and go tell their friends about it.

Go to the website of Divi properties and I think it explains it there. I did it for a number of meals, not entirely all-inclusive. We figured it was convenient to eat some breakfasts there and on a special night or two when they had entertainment and something special we ate there.
