hmm - well answer this (off topic) but as you enter the dirt road to Friars, there are old lights with huge glass round globes on them, and there is what may have been a resort??? was there ever anything like that there? and my next guess is the dirt road that goes up behind grand case beach club, and the beach there? slow night - can you tell!!!!

my understanding also - no need to put an additional 15-20% on the French side, you can add more if you'd like, maybe another 2-5%. Dutch side, if they are charging me 15% whatever they want to call it, thats the tip, and if it was great, I will add more. are they asking for a one time 1000 assessment per week, or is that 1000 per week every year increase inmaintenance. Because there should be caps in place as to not allow increases in maintenance.
