This will be our 13th visit to SXM. We were concerned and not too thrilled when we saw the construction last March. Does the existance of the hotel affect access to Dawn Beach to others not staying at the Westin. Also, is there still a small parking area in front of Mr. Busbys ? that was very convenient.
