Hi Lori and Chris, Going to Oyster Bay Beach Resort in January 2007 - first time at the hotel. Can you elaborate on the few restaurants you found around the hotel. Were those walking distance. Was walking at night safe. Thank you.

We will be going to Oyster Bay Beach Resort at the end of January 2007. This is not our first trip to St. Martin/St. Marteen, but it will be our first time at Oyster Bay Beach Resort. Am trying to find out what the dress code is at Beau Beau, Captain Oliver's and Daniel's. Would nice shorts be acceptable for men or are long pants required. Thank you! Dominique
