J, Yes it sucks, I have to come up with $1900. This is a luxuery item for us which is budgeted. Owners since 94. As far as I'm concerned the decline of the Saph about 8 years ago, but then again St Mar is not what it was in 1994.

I had posted an estimate of about $11,000,000 in special assessments, would anyone know how close that is? My unit particular unit comes complete with a rusty fridge, ten year old bed spread, wood rot hole on the balcony wall, 747 jet engine hot tub and last but not least German cockroaches.Pass the Vasoline please!
