Hello everyone, My husband and I will be in St-Maarten from April 21 to the 28 and I was wondering which carnival activities to take in. I saw the website, but I find that it is not complete. Information from locals would be much appreciated. Also, where do most activities take place? Is it in Philipsburg? We will probably be staying at the Maho. Thanks
