Hotels that have rooms broken into and items stolen have inadequate security on the face of it. Most hotels fall in that category. I look forward to reading the Kellett's comments....

I have established a new weekly email forum for timeshare owners of Pelican Resort. This list -- like the one originally established about 10 years ago by Larry Schnitt -- will act as a "forum" for the distribution of owner comments about all aspects of the resort. The new list will have no bias toward or against either Pelican, or TAPRC (the tenants association), or Royal Resorts

The new Marina high-rise at Pelican Resort is going to block visibility from many C and D units whose owners were told, when buying, that their views would never be blocked. An online petition has JUST been posted to stop this construction as it is now planned, and to compel the developers to adhere to their commitment to timeshare owners.
