My fiance and I are excited about our first one-week trip to St. Martin. We were there as a port stop on a cruise last Christmas and really wanted to come back. A co-worker has a timeshare at the Towers which we will be using from 12-19 November. I have enjoyed reading the threads on this website and have learned a lot. But this thread concerns me. Is the Towers really that bad? Patti

I found this thread very interesting. On our cruise last December, I bought my boyfriend a very heavy (read BIG) gold bracelet at the Omni (recommend by the cruiseline). Had it appraised when I got home and it was valued more than I paid for it.
