I was most recently on the Island in January and noticed the structure now referred to as The Blue Mall had made some progress after what seemed to be a dormant period. Is there any indication as to when it may open? If so does the timeframe seem achievable?

You really can't miss it. It is located right on the Main Road that encircles the Island (on the interior side of the road). There is a new Quicksilver Store (between Grand Case and Orient Beach) as part of a commercial/retail development and the Gym was located on the Second Level which was accessible from the outside front of the development. When we were on the Island for the Christmas season this last December & January we noticed a new gym that was very close to being open. It was located on the main road between Orient Beach and Grand Case above the new Quicksilver store (quite near the US Market grocery store). Does anyone know if this facility is now open?

A bit of a simplistic question here. It will be our 4th Holiday Season spent on the island staying in the Orient Beach area. It seems when we land (around 4:30 pm) we get stuck for a long period of time creeping our way along the Airport Road (I believe this is because of a raised bridge issue?).
