2. maintenance fees sapphire beach
Have been a long time owner at Sapphire Beach. I have never received my maintenance fees on time. I now receive a collection letter frrom Meridian demanding payment for a bill I never received. I emailed and called Sapphire numerous times requesting a bill. Who else has the same issues. I thought there was a board who could handle these issues. lee
