The first day there I usually pick up a can of "Fix-a-Flat" just in case we develop a flat tire some place. Haven't needed it yet but it only costs about $5.00 in a local hardware store and gives us peace of mind. We usually give it to one of the local friends we've met through the years just before we leave.
