If you are talking about the Food Express in Maho, I don't know the exact times but I do know that they are open Sunday evenings, at least until, I would safely guess, 10:00 PM.

I believe Food Express @ Maho is open 7 am - midnight/365.

Andrea, not quite 365! It was closed one day when we were there in March. That's the only time I have seen it closed. It was some holiday, but I can't remember which one.
