Actually no, Wendy.
You were right, the link was kinda removed or changed, since it is "an upgrade lonk" on daily/hours basis. There was a start of Fire due to a malfunctioning airco at Valentino in Simpsn Bay Yacht club. But the fire department put it down quickly and damages were minor and only exterior
