Ocean Club email

I have been trying to get an answer from the Ocean Club through Cheryl Also trying to rent a car from Mitch. Sent many emails no response. Anyone else have this problem?

Send her mail again. She used to answer mail within 48 hours. Did you send to:

Thanks for the reply. That was the email I used. Finally gave up and contacted her on the toll free number. She promised to email back a verification. Still waiting

Joe, I don't know how to help, but I have heard of comcast users not getting email from SXM
