We are staying at a Villa in Pelican Cove the second week in July Is there a grocery store nearby and can you buy a hibatchi and charcole to barbecue

There are grocery stores nearby. I do't know if the small ones near pelican have a hibachi, but I'm sure cost u less would have one.
