Fly Fishing Tarpon

If anyone knows, where is the spot to flyfish for tarpon or other species locally? I have access to a boat as well. Any information would be appreciated.

By the Simpson Bay Bridge or behind the Grand Marche in Simpson Bay. Also in front of Mario's Bistro by the Bridge on the French side.
