The only good thing about this spammer is that he's helping the site owner to show multiple hits on his site. Always looks good to advertisers. Spammers don't realize this.

The reason it may not be automated is that you cannot post the exact same message on the same thread so they would need to change even a comma in order to post twice. One of these threads has about 5 of almost the same spam post.
