Anything going on with the old Corilita Beach Hotel...has someone bought it yet?

Was on St. Martin in January 2006. Corilita ws still for sale. Seems that it is owned by a family and they cannot decide on a price. We received this info. from the Auto Rental Agent at Capt. Olivers. Capt Olivers is within walking distance of the Corilita.First year we went to St. Martins we stayed at the Corilita.

I thought that it was owned by the government now, I had heard that the owners went bankrupt...but maybe new buyers bought it? WWe, too stayed there years ago when it was a nice hotel! We loved the location. We visit it every time (once a year) we are one the island, it's sad to see it in such desrepair!
