Prosititution is legal and regulated on the Dutch side. There are at least 5 brothels running but the Seaman's Club is the most well known because the girls are 'lighter skinned' Columbians and Dominicans so it's frequented by more tourists.

it is about 20 minute cab ride but the casa blanca is right beside the westin up on the hill. you could walk to it.the casa blanca ,also known as the white house, has mostly dominican girls and all seem to charge 45.00 with little or no negotiating.same stuff goes.
