Hi all, I am currently obtaining my british passport and am considering getting one of my boats working in St. Maarten. I have a beautiful bright 16 passanger boat and would like to know if anyone knows what kind of hurdles i'll be faced with. Thanks.

If you are thinking of being on the N.A. side, you will have a tough time. The N.A. is not part of the E.U., as is the French side. The French side is no bowl of cherries, either. There are folks on this board better informed than I am, who can give you guidance...RASTAMAN
