Any details on the floting pool in Grand Case --what up with that??

This one? I thought it might be for swim lessons or meets for school children. It has lanes etc.

Thanks for the info---Floating was the correct word--
is the pool only for a school or what--- it does look kinda different--
does anyone know when it "snuck in"---
