AVOID SCARLET LIKE THE PLAGUE

This internet provider treats businesses like toddlers. The internet is hardly ever on. They make you sign a standing order for one due date, and disconnect every month, five days before the date of the standing order. The General Manager Jean de Salle, has surrounded himself with a totally incompetent staff, and an unstable service. We have switched to Caribserve.

My neighbor has had Scarlet for a couple of years with no issues.
