Orient beach

Orient Beach....probably one of the best beaches in the world. I feel more freedom on Orient Beach than I've felt anywhere else. Love the Perch bar and all the other bars and restaurants too.... Can't wait to get there On Oct 5, 2009... Off we go....

Hi---so you love Orient Beach? I have a question that I am just curious about. We have been there a few times and not only have we always seen this same semi-nude man standing in the same place each time, other tourists have also reported seeing him. We wondered if the beach pays him to be there (he does draw stares)? Since you go often I wondered if you have encountered him or know what his story is?

Semi-nude on Orient? Who would of thunk it !!! For the record, THE beach will only pay them if they are totally nude with purple and pinks strips painted on their back. But this only applies if they are on the beach during Happy Hour on Tuesdays and Fridays. (Please see the fine print for conditions and rules of Orient Bay.)
