Antillean Day Oct 21

I was reading that this holiday was moved to Dec 15 (Kingdom Day) as of last year 2008.

So my question is, will the shops be open on Oct 21 ? Our ship arrives on that date.

I clipped the article from The Daily Herald at the beginning of the year when they published the 2009 holidays.

There is no Holiday in October. St Maarten Day Nov 11, Kingdom Day, Dec 15.

So you can probably shop your heart out on Oct 21st!
