Question for Barbara.....My daughter has her first day with students tomorrow at LU...I would love to send her some flowers to start off the new school year. Can you suggest a florist I can call from the states and be fairly confident they will deliver some flowers to Learning Unlimited over in Cay Hill.

thanks

ah, how sweet of you. She will be thrilled.
not all florists here will take a credit card number over the phone but Glo's dial a basket and flowers will.
I just spoke to them.
Their phone number is 011-599-542-9961
their email is glosbasket@sintmaarten.net

I hope she enjoys LU

Barbara,

Thank you so much for the quick responce. She should get them between 11and 2 tomorrow. She is loving her life in paradise so far. Seems a little unfair to her parents. We have been vacationing to the island the last 5 years. We take her once and she gets a lead on the teaching job at LU and than accepts their offer. We are still here in the states. Whats wrong with that picture. Only wish I would have seen those oportunities when I was her age. If you ever have the reason to be at LU she is Ms. Jenni teaching 4th grade.

Thanks again

David S

well, what can I say? good for her!
She is doing what a lot of people only dream of doing. I hope she likes it.
I just rented out my condo to a young woman from Canada who is teaching at the Montessori school.
she too is following her dream.
Hats off to these young people!>grinning smiley<
