International Coastal Cleanup in SXM

I just received a message from SXM Pride:

Please be advised that the annual International Coastal Cleanup will be held on Saturday September 20th at the Mullet Bay beach. the time is from 7am-10am. Please come out and volunteer your time to this very worthwhile cause. Students in need of Community Service Hours will be receiving 4 hours for their volunteer input.
This event will be held in over 76 countries around the globe. For more information please call 5231188 or 5241516.
All groups are welcome to participate. Last years volunteer count was 370 at the Mullet Bay beach alone. Scout groups participated at other locations bringing the total volunteer hands to 490 particpants in 2007.
Please bring along the kids and family.
