Can some one tell me what the $ v. Euro is in Grand Case in past visits it's been 1 for 1

Just returned 11/16!

In Grand Case exchange rates will vary from restaurant to restaurant. Many offer 1 for 1 when paying by cash or travelers checks.

When paying by credit card or those not offering 1 for 1 the rates varied from 1.23 all the way up to 1.48. This range was fairly common throughout the French Side.

Your best bet is to always ask before being seated. Most restaurants are not offended when asked.
