I recently paid my special assessment oF $1800(under protest) via credit card to the Saph. I asked for the courtesy of confirmation of payment and what they intended to do about the 2 months rent money the Saph owes me. Nothing has shown up on my C Card to date and have recieved no return mail on any subject.
Other stuff: Someone must have been there recently, Are any improvement being made? Has anyone been able to speak to the Saphhire Trailor Park via telephone or email??
