A La Mer Et Plage are two beautiful, brand new, one bedroom, one and a half bath condominiums in the 24 unit Palm Beach complex on one of St Maarten's finest beaches, Simpson Bay. The name means "at the sea and beach" and that is certainly where you are in these charming apartments. The views from the deck and the pool area are of the beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear Caribbean Sea.

A La Mer Et Plage is perfect for two couples traveling together but still wanting their own space. The condos are located next door to each other and are both furnished entirely in teak, rattan and mahogany imported from southeast Asia. Both feature a king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large kitchen areas feature stainless steel appliances and open onto the living and dining areas. Covered terraces outside offer space to relax in lazy chairs and outdoor dining overlooking the pool.

The pool area is spacious and offers plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Just steps from the pool area is the sandy beach and warm ocean.
