There are still many houses open for the Christmas/New Year's Period. Now is the time to book! The rules for Christmas/New Year's bookings are a bit different than for other times of the year. There is often a two week minimum stay. However, many owners will consider 7-10 nights minimum when departure or arrival is between Christmas and New Year's, not covering both holidays.
